Agree to a tax increase on the rich as long as the tax code is changed to stop social redistribution. You should never be allowed to get more tax back in a refund than you paid into it. A business would go bankrupt if it ran that way. The president needs to tell people to take responsibility for their own actions....more
think of all the people who are hurt by individuals filing bankruptcy. Store prices increase, profits go down for businesses, stock prices go down. Now your retirement plan, 401k, pensions, IRA, TSP's lose vaule. Cause and effect.

You have always been able to contact the business and ask for a debt settlement. it depends on how old it is on whether or not the business will settle and how much.
