Well, that says a lot about you if you knew a family member/friend could be saved by torturing a killer and you wouldn't support it.  I'm sure your family member/friend would be so proud of you for taking such a stand and wouldn't mind that you don't care about their well-being. That would be an awkward homecoming.

As always, if you don't like our country, you are free to leave.  Canada and Mexico aren't very far.  Enjoy the six month waits for medical care and all the gang killing, kidnapping, and extortion.

Why doesn't the media ever just bring up the following any time someone questions the use of torture...if torture was used to find the killer of someone you cared for, or would directly assist in finding someone you cared for that was a hostage, would you be so against it?  That should end the conversation right there ...more
