Is Big Oil toying with us?

I agree with Joe, we are paying more now then in 2008 when oil was $147.00 a barrel. When a barrel of oil goes up 2or3 dollars in a day the next day gas goes up .20 a gallon. Oil dropped about $15.00 a barrel last week and we are at the same price $4.059 a gallon. A big rip off by the oil company's.
