who cares what color the burglar was?  what difference does that make?  did he deserve to die?  depends on the circumstances.  did he threaten LL's life?  then yes.  only LL knows and it seems that the burglar got his butt kicked which is a good start on the penalty phase, but certainly not deserving of death.
