Ergen - what a joke - another article should be published re: "treatment of customers" I will never ever again have DISH!!!!!  The bottom line has increased by overcharging and double charging customers.

Ms Perkins is quite ignorant - better decisions of course - but every person is different and some situations are not foreseeable.  Maybe she will find herself in a similar situation and then she can make judgments.
