I have both products and I can tell you that Apple cannot compare to a Samsung phone....   Maybe they do share some of the same ideas but Samsung has by far perfected them !

I know Wayne County Sheriff Dept has a lot of horses and they do patrol downtown Detroit quite frequently as a backup.  Since there have been many police officers laid off maybe this is a service to help keep law and order on the streets ?
