I used to play Tetris on my sons gameboy way back when. I work on construction and it's a Monday - Friday job. I leave for work at least 3 hours before the Post Office opens and get home at least 1 1/2 hours after it's closed. Can't work that way. The Postal Service isn't a business. You still have to go to every box every business day. UPS can by-pass entire towns if they don't have any delivery there, the Postal Service doesn't have that luxury. The Postal Service is the business of the Government and has been since Ben Franklin set it up. Congress controls the spending of the Government. That's the way it was set up.   You might say that the fate of both are intertwined. Saving the Post Office  may be the formula for saving the Government as a whole.

In New York, if you have a late model gas vehicle, you don't have to do a smog test.
