I know it's soooo rude, but the worst I ever saw was at the Starbucks, and this person was so wrapped up in their inane banal conversation that when they finally got to the front of the line (I was next in line) and the barrista asked what they wanted, this chuckle head did the "talk to the hand move"!  The NERVE!
