I wouldn't assume the father is in the right. I did read in a previous report that one of the kid's parents didn't want to move away from their friends. I can't imagine anything stopping me from moving out of a slum. Get a car or take a bus if you want to see friends.    And remember the report about a father smackin...more

Scout - they already had three. That's more than enough kids for one couple.

He still is obligated to pay for half of the kids' expenses if they split. Too many men walk away scott-free; kids aren't animals you can turn in to the shelter when it's no longer convenient for you to have them in your life.
