There is a little known fact regarding 401(k) plans versus IRA plans if you need to retire early.  IRA plans require the owner to be 59-1/2 years old before the money can be withdrawn without an IRS penalty (you still pay income taxes on what you withdraw but not the added 10% tax penalty for early withdrawal).   W...more

I find the comments from other posters to be alarming.  Apparently the common misconception for my generation was that someone would pay us to not work when we got old and feeble.  Well guess what?  That someone is you!   We have been told for years now that it will require $1 Million in savings for a Baby Boomer t...more

Once again, an automotive article written by someone who knows nothing about cars.  I got to the Ceramic Brake Pads paragraph and feel stupid for wasting my time reading that far.  Most of the early recommendations are mindless 'boy racer' gibberish.  The brake pad comments are just plain wrong!

Strapless dresses banned at middle-schoo...

I think an official ban on topless gowns is a little over the top, but I cannot understand why girls are so intrigued by them.  When wearing a strapless dress girls spend the entire evening hiking their boobs up, effectively adjusting their underwear in public, and yet somehow they think that makes them appear sexy and...more

Another major Boo-Boo.  Charter schools, of which two are named in your Top 10 List, are not Public schools but are Publicly Funded Private Schools.
