Actually, it goes more like this.
This is as a single person, monthy.
-Rent $250 (room rental from Craigslist) -Food $200 (Aldi) -Bicycle $8.25 (Walmart), or Public transit ($45), or Walk -Phone $8.33 (Tmobile $100, 1000 minutes, valid for 365 days) = Approximately $500 a month (imagine that, you still have money...more
As the bank bailout proved, the loans given out via credit card in this country are secured by the Federal Reserve. In other words, it is "our" money on the line, not "theirs". No wonder they give it out so freely. They have absolutely nothing to lose, and everything to gain.

There will always be people who t...more

What a stupid ****ing statistic, designed to work the average dullard into a buying frenzy so the corporations can clean up. I'm convinced that the Down's Syndrome gene is exclusive to the American genetic pool.
CEO pay is ridiculous. The defense that it takes the huge bucks to keep the talent around is a big, steaming pile of ****. They ran these companies into the ground 4 years ago. Anyone reading this could have did that for a fraction of the money. I, for one, would gladly teeter Chase Manhatten on the cusp of bankruptcy...more
