She actually looks younger with the lighter hair and no makeup. Pretty good considering she's around 40.  She's beautiful either way.

I opt for the stainless steel countertop.  Check out this video example of a bar countertop where they must have used a sander and made swirl designs.  With the right lighting, it makes it look holographic!! They need to start including "fracking" damage in insurance policys too.

The sink holes due to old undergraound mines that need special insurance: "In the Drifton example, one affected property had this insurance; the other did not." ---So how much you want to bet the one that HAD the insurance, the insurance company found some 'loophole' or excuse to weasel out of paying them!

Just putting a simple chopstick in the cup of water while it's heating, will disrupt the surface tension and avoid the 'eruption' of hot liquid. OBVIOUSLY you wouldn't put a plastic spoon or metal spoon in the cup, that would be dangerous (DUH!)

Actually Cedar releases rather toxic substances naturally, when there's too much of it and it becomes concentrated.  Would you want to live constantly inside a cedar closet?  It would be the same with a home made exclusively with cedar.
