Oh hell...Aer Lingus held a plane for me when the connecting flight goofed up and made me miss a flight out of Norfolk, Virginia back in 1999...pre-9-11 days.   My flight was missed because the gal at the ticket counter was apparently new and had me on the wrong flight, which was not discovered until my plane was seen ...more
