Before I had kids I thought I would magically be able to stay home or work part time and just "figure it out." Nope. Our schedule is unique though. My kids, 1 and 3, go to daycare three days a week, Wed, Thurs, and Fri. I work during the day Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri. My husband works nights Wed - Sun. So in the end it work...more
