I don't find it to hard to believe that their beef is not all beef myself. I have never liked their beef. For tacos or burritos that have regular beef in them I go to Taco Bueno or Taco Delight.  I do like Taco Bells Steak Chalupa's but that's about it.

I agree with this article as I have NEVER changed my oil every 3k. I have always run my oil 5k to 7k depending on the weather.
