Call me a fool or call me stupid. After being burned in the dot com bust. Went strictly to saving at my bank. Paid off my home paid off my lake home. Bought 3 commercial properties which give me the cash flow for my retirement. So call me a fool for not investing in the Wall Street  casino.

Same high as watching your money grow and then vanish in the wall street casino. You can lose a little at the casino. You can lose it all playing the wall steet game.

What you talking about Willis. I could live like a king on$100000 a year, but plan on more like $45000 in retirement.
