Will store closures help save Best Buy?

This is no big surprise there customer service is terrible i quit going there a year ago. I bought a product and it lasted a month they would not stand by it i walked out with nothing but i am sorry cant help you. I make sure and tell all my friends not to go there and why.

Best Buy cancels orders, angers customer...

I will never shop there again and i make sure i tell everyone why. I bought i nice bluetooth headset and after 1 month yes 1 month they quit working. So i took them back with the receipt and they would not replace them or give me my money back. How they got out of it was they no longer have it listed on there inventory...more
