I bought a house south of Columbia City in Upper Rainier Beach for $58.500 over 25 year's go it is an easy walk to every thing. My friend thought I was #*%#** NUT'S Oh did I say it is just a long block away from lake washington now they think that I was very smart ( Seattle )
