Yes..many in Vegas too..that is the safe way to control red light running..it lets you know so you can be ready to stop. If you run the red then..it was intentional and you need to get fined. Gives the bad drivers the burden..not the safe ones. I wish every stoplight in the country had them..probably cheaper to install...more
