This was a "loan' offered by the gov. to Ford along with many other mfg's for green technology development.   Not like GM/Chrysler who needed a 'bailout" to keep their doors open!

Please remember Chrysler is owned by Fiat (Italy) and still owes the taxpayers approx. $1.3B, plus original Tarp Loan that was forgiven.....approx. ​ $3.1B.  How about giving FORD an equal amount of what Chrysler did not payback to the taxpayers just to make the playing field even?

How can the #1 vehicle sold in the U.S. not be mentioned........... ​ ......the Ford FI50 outsells the Chev. Silverado/GMC Sierra together?  The FORD F150 w/ ECO-BOOST crushes the GM Twins!!

Just curious, those of you that believe  Obamarutpcy was a success and in an effort to not disadvantage FORD.  How about awarding Ford an equal amount of the $billions estimated that the taxpayers will not get back from the GM/Chrysler bailout..
