I think how you conduct yourself sais alot about who you are.  If you are a cheater who is to say you wont lie and cheat at work.  I believe it should be up to the employer and how it affected the work place.  Trust is a major issue in any arena.

They must be on drugs.  How about lets get out a flat tax for all income brackets.  Percentages can be determined by how much you make whether its $1 or 1 million.  Everyone would pay something instead of giving people earned income credit for not working.
