The best prepaid cards available are the BB&T MoneyAccount, the MoneyManager Card, the Intuit Pay and Refund cards, WalMart MoneyCard (when you need to cash a check and reload its the best), Nfinanse, and the MoneyNetwork card @7-Eleven.
