That is the girl's troop.  The local council gets some too.   So with each sell the funds are divided up between; bakery, Girl Scouts of America, local council, and the girl's troop.

At this point you DO have to pay back the stafford loans. (government backed loans)  I am not sure why everyone keeps saying you don't.  There are a very very few cases they don't pay them back but that is not the majority.  What is trying to be pushed through would mean many more would not pay back the government back...more
