I don't understand??  Quinn nearly doubled the income tax rate here in Illinois about a year--year and a half ago--and still has problems paying the bills.  Maybe he could learn something from the other 40 states.

Obama budget backs end of Saturday mail

I think the USPS should deliver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding holidays should they fall on those days of the week).  Think about it.  Why do we require regular mail delivery Monday through Saturday?  Just a thought.
