If the top in this country actually PAID 35% there wouldn't be a problem. They are privy to a myriad of loopholes that allows them to pay a fraction of that rate or even get refunds! As the late Hunter Thompson said "We live in cheap and twisted times" I really don't think most people realize how detached they look spending hours every day on their "smart" phones.
