My husband laughed when he saw the ads for Sodastream in the US. His parents have one in their attic from the 70's in Scotland, when they were all the rage in the UK. If it didn't last then, why would it last now?
Not only that, but the unit costs $100 in the US, and only £40 ($61) in the UK and that's with 20% VAT...more
Only 2% learn anything from teachers? Why don't schools teach kids this stuff in math class? I guess it's more important for them to know where two trains will meet if they're traveling at different speeds. No wonder most Americans are in such dire financial straits.
