I had a tax attorney prepare my taxes and he screwed up on the deductions on my second house. I got a tax audit.  He said it was an 'educational' tax audit, and I paid the guy to represent me.  So he and the auditor decided I owed the taxes and I declined to pay them so the case would go on to the next level.  The tax ...more
