Banks' payday loans under fire

Where did you see 400%?    And that is 10% per month.  There are 12 months in a year so the APR comes out to 120% as stated in the article.  It is a total rip off...banks taking advantage of their customers again.  Switch to a credit union, they are much better than a bank and charge lower rates for loans.

Anymore Kmart has cheaper prices than Walmart and more items made in the USA instead of China.
