I'm glad you're so proud of yourself. However, I detest the thought process that you display here. Do you know what the life circumstances of this woman and child were? I doubt it. You think that because life worked out so well for you than it must be that way for everyone. If it doesn't than there must be something wr...more
This is a bunch of bs. If we allow the government, state or federal, to create laws against acting outside of "societal norms" then we are going to see one hell of a bleak world. If there are no laws against this man's actions then if I were him the local police and the store would both find themselves at the business ...more
No dating is not prostitution. Even if you have sex with your date. The money is being paid for a date. If that leads to sex, just like on any other date, that is between the people dating. If there is no guarantee of sex for the money being paid it is not prostitution.
I can't understand why so many of you relish the prospect of excessive government regulation. There is no reason why this should be illegal. It's none of our damn business how, why, or who anybody else dates. It sure as hell isn't the government's business. Are there potential risks in something like this? Sure. It is ...more
I'm trying to figure out why, after reading 4 entire pages of comments I didn't see a single comment in favor of this scanner. Yet the numbers show that a higher percentage of people support the idea than those who oppose it. Is MSN manipulating the numbers or is it that the people who support it can't justify it legal...more
This idea is illegal in every way. First, all gun bans implemented by NYC are a violation of 2nd Amendment rights until and unless the Constitution is amended. That is U.S. law. Further the scanner is a violation of 4th Amendment rights. In order to search a person in any way shape or form a warrant must be issued base...more
Kind of funny. When I was in the Army I got orders to go to Ft. Campbell. They gave me a bus ticket and I went. The bus dropped me off at a hotel who's front desk was closed by the time I got there. Me and me friend walked down the street outside of an Army fort in Army uniform with our Alice packs and laundry bags pro...more
I think you have no clue saph. First off Republicrats are all in the same boat. Take money, power, and freedom away from everybody but those people that this article is saying are so charitable. I'm not saying that this is your goal or the goal of the average Republican or Democrat...but that is the goal of both partie...more
No actually you are both wrong. The image of being "charitable" creates an atmosphere of benevolence which leads to a massive increase in capital on top of a large percentage of the money donated to charity being refunded. This leads, in turn, to a massive gain in profit.
If you actually think that I am wrong do a ...more
