Beans, onions, corn, even taters....I call them sprouts.   I guess "true sprouts" usually come from only legumes.. Such things as beans, peas, alfalfa and such.. I put plants in for Tomatos and Peppers, takes less time to maturity. I only grow about 5-6 things anymore...Mostly what we eat a lot of..or put up. Oth...more
