Great point, Stan.  I brought up the same thing.  I can buy black market cigarettes for $5 a pack in Chicago, whereas it costs me $11 a pack in the store.  Long live the black market!

Don't forget cigarettes.  You don't have to pay excise taxes on black market cigarettes, and those taxes make up over 50% of the price.
