Different times require different strategies. If someone has been morally instructed to not have sex at an early age, a bananna won't change things. However, an incorrectly used condom or no condom will change everything for the young adults and their families including the unwanted children brought into this world

Regardless of the reasons for this reality the fact is it remains true. We can either stick our heads in the sand and hope it goes away or teach the children of this era how to be responsible and personal protection to minimize the unwanted consequences
