COSTCO BUYING PROGRAM IS A RIP OFF. I THOUGHT BECAUSE COSTCO GOES THRU TOUGH DEALER SELECTION PROCESS THAT I WOULD GO TO THE DEALER AND DEAL WITH COMPLETE HONESTY. THE DEALER USES THE "COSTCO PROGRAM NAME" AND THAN RIPS THE CUSTOMER OFF. COSTCO NEEDS TO BE TRUTHFUL ABOUT THEIR PROGRAM TO THEIR MEMBERS.
