Don't you think by now that users of any "narcotic" know the risks such as how cocaine adversely affects the brain?  This isn't anything new to them.  Narcotics for many users are chemical dependents for self medication even if it kills them eventually.  Sad but true.

He should be very careful.  Worst case scenario would be if he purchased lottery tickets on the day there's severe weather, gets hit by lightning again, but doesn't survive, and hours later wins the lottery.  A terrible tragedy nonetheless, but that would just plain suck if that were to happen.
