yes, as it should be for the driver to read maps, books, newspapers, directions and put on mascara.  And talk on the phone.  People talking on the phone are almost as bad as people texting.

I am 55, and still smoke weed but don't have any grandkids yet.  Makes life better, in general.  More people should try it.
