It doesn't really help.Dealers will still sell you a car at higher than MSRP by adding fees like TDA, Dealer's hold back, this and that... Costco's fine print doesn't stop dealers from charging these fees. They can also add documentation fees upto $500/-. The documentation is done by their lowest paid secretary who is ...more
