Buyer beware - this article is right on target! I've encountered this problem before and filed a complaint with the federal trade commision to resolve the issue. It is ridiculous to allow these places to do the things the article points out.

Mexico was provided with an arsenal recently, courtesy of the U.S. Dept. of Justice. Now, I wonder why AG Holder needed his boss to provide executive privilege. Wasn't he supposed to give them all of those automatic weapons?
