Many of the people posting here are blaming congress and Obama. I have a question for you...how many of you voted for an incumbent?? In order to have real change we need to get these people out of office but we keep voting for the same cronies. Remember that for the next election. Vote out the incumbents!!
Unfortunately, I disagree. Industrial scale sun and wind is not the future. These industries do not nor will they ever provide baseload power. They are supplemental sources of energy. For every 20 MW wind plant installed, wouldn't you think that we could purchase 20MW less from a traditional source? But, this doesn't h...more
IF (and that's a BIG if) that happens, watch the economy finally take off again. High gas prices have been a huge weight on the backs of consumers and American families. People can talk all they want about why the economy has been so poor, high gas prices should have always been at the very top of the list. When commu...more

Is anybody sick and tired of this roller coaster ride???? One day, without any real positive news, the Dow will spike up 400. The next day, back down 500 with no new news. People, our world is in crisis financially. It's not gonna change in one day so Wall Street, PLEASE stop your knee-jerk reactions so normal people c...more
It's funny how all of a sudden they forgot about all of the things that made the market sink yesterday because of some news that still isn't good, just not as bad as expected. It's unbelievable how short of a memory these people have.
These stock traders are idiots. There was absolutely no reason for today to be so much better than yesterday or the day before. One day the sky is falling because of a bad government report and the next day it goes back up with equally bad news.
It's amazing how top officials can stand there and tell us that rising or high fuel prices have no impact on the economy. How absurd is that? At the end of last year into the beginning of this year, fuel prices were under $3 a gallon and you could actually see the economy start to improve and more importantly, consumer...more
