most CFL's do emit a basic bluish cast but you can also find some CFL's that are labeled as 'daylight' or 'bright white' which will not have the blue tint and tend to be more of either a warmer or a whiter tone.

so much of market trading is computer algorithm driven that I don't see how anyone can convincingly call a top or a bottom or consolidation or whatever. computer driven trading muddies the investment waters just like Fed money printing muddies the economy waters.
