Lucky? He worked hard and made his startup company into a billion dollar business that most people around the world use. Why do people hate his success, he is obviously a brilliant computer scientist but mainstream business men can't see that the future will be built upon computer engineers like this man.

Pretty sure malnutrition also deals with Obesity.  Malnutrition does not just mean people starving themselves, it could also mean people over eating. So basically Malnutrition could lead to Obesity therefore it is not a bigger problem than Malnutrition due to the fact that they are correlated.
