They dug a lesion from my back a few years ago. My mom didn't reapply the sunscreen enough for 2 very active kids. We are both fair haired and light eyed so we must be careful. I also sail and used to surf  (now just boogey board) so sunscreen and rash shirts are my best friend

Every time I think I 'm having it rough, I think back on all the people who have lost their homes and lives to storms, or bad finances, or lost a loved to disease or war,  or mayhem, and I then I realize I have it pretty good.
