They shouldn't allow homes to be constructed without plans to rebuild using better construction methods that can withstand these conditions.  Better building codes should be put in place so innocent lives are not lost again in tornado alley.

How about we make a reversible camo pattern and have one uniform??  Na that makes too much darn sense...  The camo we buy for hunting, researched by private companies, would make better camo.
