this is the dumbest article ever.  Drop my pay from 150,00 to 100,000 so my kid can get 15,000 in aid? how about I just keep the 150,000 and pay for it myself? Yeah, lets mooch off the tax payers some more.

It's probably because there are always dozens of arrests for stupid things by a bunch of stupid people who attend the annual gathering concert. A lot of real idiots make trouble for everyone else. I really don't like ICP, and most people don't, but I hate a few bad apples ruining a whole bunch.
