A child should not wear a bikini like this.  It does atract the perverts more.  I believe that a child should be dress like a child cover up.  Same with adults.   I believe everything should be covered and left for the imagination.

yes if she was caught painting that is destroying, but if it is a water base paint that u use as children it does wash off, maybe not all, but it does washes off with rain
