It was never intended for te postal service to make a profit or even to break even. The Interstate highway system doesn't make a profit. The postal system was created to provide communication for its citizens.

Obama's cool attitude really has become offensive.

Although poorly worded, it is not a crazy thought. He is not talking about those in slavery 150 years aqo but their decendents today. Over all, African-Americans in America today are better off than those still in Africa where the killing, starvation, etc. is still going on.
