How skipping ads increases shameless plu...

Didn't know we are watching these shows for free.  Cable cost me $125 + a month.  Why am I paying to watch advertisements that are being paid for by the vendors.  If we didn't have to pay for cable we might be more apt to watch the commercials.  I don't know about everyone else but it seems like double dipping to me.
