I don't understand why anyone in the C club is paid anything above minimum wage and current stock prices - if you're good, you benefit from the increased stock value, if you're bad you take your minimum wage paycheck and go away.

Do buy local foods only - which means you'd be buying in-season foods only Don't buy pre-prepared foods like tv dinners, plastic bags of steamable veggies, indivdual servings of anything...
