This guy should not be charged with anything, as when we make mistakes with the bank, we get slapped with fees and such. Dude should be able to keep the money, and the bank should pay for it. It would be nice if these places weren't so pricey in the first place. While I understand you don't want to let just anybody in, it would be nice if it was just a little bit more affordable.
