Curious to know why young, fresh-faced, unwrinkled, unblemished women are *always* used in advertisements directed towards aging and older women!  What a feeble-minded ploy!

So why weren't they all fired?!  With *that* much "respect" for their charges, in evidence, they should not be permitted to work anywhere in the vicinity.  I wonder if these are the same barbarians who poach for ivory, in their spare time?!
