In my city, HD is the ghost town while Lowes is always busy. I can never find a helpful employee in HD. In Lowes, if the employee can't answer my question, he will try to find someone who can. I'm surprised that there is enough business to keep both stores open but for some reason Menards is building a new store.
I have not paid more than $2,000 for a car in the past 20 years. Some of them looked like crap but ran well. The one I drive now looks like it has been on fire but it gets the job done. I agree with Betsy D. I prefer Old Hickory's mutton and chicken, but Moonlite has the best buffet with Ole South being a close second. George's BBQ has really good burgoo. I even heard 2 food critics raving about it on NPR's Splendid Table.
